Make Up Classes

If you must miss a class due to illness, traveling or just “one of those days” we have the most generous make-up class policy of any preschool activity in Winnipeg.  You can attend pretty much any other scheduled class of your child’s age range, within the semester you are enrolled. Simply call our office at 453-1222 and desk staff will book it for you.  We do try not to book too many visitors for the same class, and some very full classes may be excluded.

You may be able to do the exact lesson you are missing within the same week, or you can come twice in another week. Your child may repeat lesson 8 and miss lesson 7 altogether this way, but since most activities run over several weeks before we move on, there is normally nothing irretrievably missed.  The repetition is all to the good as far as your child’s brain development is concerned, and another class with another instructor will always be a different experience.

If your child is registered for Young Child it does matter a little more that they get specific lesson content.  Please talk with our desk staff about which lesson you need to pick up, and we will try our very best to find it for you.

Make-up classes must be completed within the semester for which you are enrolled.  They are not held over into the next semester.
