Imagine That!
Recommended for ages 3 - 5, on their own

Recommended for ages 3 - 5, on their own
Your preschooler’s imagination is at its most potent! This class will harness that creativity and build a unique environment in which our musical activities will unfold. They won’t even notice how much they’re learning.
Children come in by themselves for the first 30 minutes – families join in for the last 15 minutes to see a little of what we’ve done and to receive the “Homework” assignment. 45 minute class weekly for 15 weeks. (4 different themes on a 2-year rotating cycle)
Features: singing/vocal development, dancing, creative movement with props, percussion instruments, imaginative play, musical concepts, active listening, stories/literature, “At Home Activities”, class content extended by children’s own ideas.
Confetti Days! (Imagine That: 3 to 5 years, by themselves)
A story about circus characters Clown, Monkey, Elephant and Pony sets the stage for some imaginative music-making. We’ll make a carousel inside the classroom, play a balancing game and walk on a web of ropes and do a musical move and freeze. Learn the traditional Spanish song “De Colures,” as well as “Pop, Goes the Weasel,” and “Looby Loo.”
45 minute class includes CD, confetti bell instruments, story kit, and a set of 5 picture folders.
“Toys I Make Trips I Take” Let’s journey together from our imaginary Toy Shop to anywhere you can
think of! We’ll make a map to follow, but how shall we get there? Our friends Jack-in-the-box, Bouncy Ball and Drum will help us decide. Home instrument is a drum, which will be used both at home and in class.
Home materials: Two theme-related storybooks for your child’s home library, Toy Shop Play Set, Two Home CDs—collection of new songs, traditional favourites, multicultural selections and a little classical and jazz. Plus a Family Activity Book, and a drum for your child to use in class and at home.
45 minute lesson once a week for 15 weeks. $295
Free Gift: your child will receive a Kindermusik backpack the first time they take an Imagine That class.
